Our Story

Since 2022, we’ve focused on making the kind of rum we could never find on the shelf. Growing up in Florida shaped how we think about flavor, from the land to the fruit to the way rum should feel when you drink it. Everything we make starts with that place and that perspective.

We distill with care, removing harsher compounds early in the process to create a cleaner, smoother spirit. This is important to us, as it changes how you feel when consuming, and the day after. Our flavors come from whole Florida fruit used during distillation, never added later.

Some rums are meant to be enjoyed fresh, others are aged and allowed to change over time. Good rum doesn’t always need patience, but it rewards it when you give it some.

Mo’ Spirits makes unique rums using rare, local fruits grown in the Miami area. We work closely with local farms to use fresh, highly perishable produce that might otherwise go to waste, creating bold flavors you won’t find anywhere else.
